Wern Manor sleeps 10 adults in 5 en-suite double bedrooms with the option of 4 children on pull-out beds in the Servants Hall.
Two courtyard cottages with full access to the manor provide additional accommodation. The Butler's House sleeps 4 in a double and a twin room and The Bothy has room for a further 5 guests in a double, a twin and a single bedroom.
This gives a total of 19 adults and 4 children.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Wern Manor (and the Butler’s House). Wow, where to start with this review? The photos and videos aren’t able to capture the sheer magnificence and attention to detail of this property and its hosts. Celebrations here have been incredible - 10 adults and a very active toddler have made use of all the rooms and all the equipment. We had a fabulous week's holiday in a large family group here in August. The weather was wonderful all week (in North Wales!). The house and adjoining cottages meant we had plenty of room to accommodate all family groupings of all ages, and the large dining room was the focus of all our evening gatherings, except for the BBQ in the covered outdoor area. The huge estate was a delight to walk around and the hidden corners in the house were perfect for a hilarious game of hide & seek/sardines.

Wonderful! Marie-Ann was very helpful when needed, but other than that we had the place to ourselves to enjoy. A stunning building, fantastic gardens, everything you need for a good time. Will be returning!

Wern Manor is simply the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. Our entire group was left absolutely speechless by what Marie-Ann and Paul have done with the property. The amazing facilities, the rich 19th-century history of the estate, and the way the rooms have been thoughtfully modernised with comfort in mind truly offered the best of both worlds. We have stayed at Wern Manor twice now. The most recent being in April 2026 – 19 of us in total staying in the main house and two cottages. We love it and will be back again. Great house with lots of character and space, lovely grounds and excellent location. Kids and adults alike loved it from our group – lots to do and keep us all entertained.
