While there is no need to guess what the original function of this space was, it has been transformed into a small but bright and stylish studio apartment with a comfortable wall bed at one end, a cozy living area in the centre and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/dishwasher, induction hob and combi microwave/grill) with dining table and chairs at the other. This apartment has the same generous bathroom with large walk-in shower as its neighbours

The Wood Store apartment is one of three apartments to the rear of Wern Manor. Wern Manor, is located off the A497 between Porthmadog and Criccieth. Postcode for SatNav is LL49 9SH. The full address is:
If you are on the A497 and approaching from Porthmadog (heading towards Criccieth) then the drive leading to Wern Manor is on the right immediately before the railway bridge which crosses the A497.
If you are on the A497 and approaching from Criccieth (heading towards Porthmadog) then the drive leading to Wern Manor is on the left immediately after the railway bridge which crosses the A497.
Once on the driveway follow it straight through the lodge cottage gates and on to Wern Manor (do not take a left before the lodge gates as some satnavs will try to take you). The manor (and apartments) are on the right a few hundred metres along the drive from the main road (A497), and before the farm (which is further and on your left).
