As the name might lead you to suspect, The Larder started life as Wern Manor’s game larder. Original features such as the maroon glazed and buff bricks and the stunning slate floors are offset by stylish Scandinavian-style furniture. There are lots of restful, muted shades with the odd pop of pattern or colour to give it a contemporary look, such the green splashback in the kitchen.
The apartment is all on one level with a light-filled lounge with a TV/DVD, a compact but bright kitchen equipped with an induction hob, combi microwave/grill, fridge and a dishwasher, and a double bedroom with a super-kingsize bed (which can be made up as two singles on request) and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large, powerful shower.

1 well-behaved dog welcome by arrangement, £25/dog per week.
There is a small stream and a pond in the grounds so children need to be supervised at all times. The apartment is set in a rural manor house environment, including a local working farm. We are happy to give you a tour of the historic Grade II* Manor House during your stay should you wish to see it.

The apartment will be available from 4pm on the afternoon of the arrival date unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the owners, Marie-Ann & Paul.
The apartment is located at Wern Manor off the A497 between Porthmadog and Criccieth. The postcode for SatNav is LL49 9SH.
If you are on the A497 and approaching from Porthmadog (heading towards Criccieth) then the drive leading to Wern Manor is on the right immediately before the railway bridge which crosses the A497.
If you are on the A497 and approaching from Criccieth (heading towards Porthmadog) then the drive leading to Wern Manor is on the left immediately after the railway bridge which crosses the A497.
Once on the driveway follow it straight through the lodge cottage gates and on to Wern Manor (do not take a first left before the lodge gates as some satnavs will try to take you!). The manor, cottages and apartments are on the right a few hundred metres along the drive from the main road (A497).

There is a small stream and a pond in the grounds so children need to be supervised at all times. Access inside the Manor is not allowed, the owners may be able to give you a tour if you are interested, but not unsupervised as it is still very much a work in progress.
For a booking to remain valid the booking deposit must be received within one week of making the booking and full payment must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks to the arrival date then the full amount is immediately due.
The cottage will be available from 4pm on the afternoon of the arrival date unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the owners, Marie-Ann & Paul.

Charged at £25 per dog. Please contact the owner if you would like to bring more than one dog.
If this is required then just let us know and we will put a baby-cot in the property before you arrive. Please bring your own cot linen with you. The baby cot is provided free of charge.
If this is required then just let us know and we will put a high-chair in the property before you arrive. This is provided free of charge.
We ask that you bring your own towels. However, if you do require us to provide you with towels then these can be provided upon request and are charged at an additional cost of £10 per person (1 x bath-towel plus 1 x hand-towel).
