The Butler's House - once the home of Wern Manor's butler - is a delightful combination of period features and colourful modern accents, making it a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Its location in the former stable yard of the Manor, just outside Porthmadog, means the beautiful beaches of the LLyn Peninsula and the mountains of Snowdonia are all within easy reach, as are the many castles in the area.
The cottage is tucked between its neighbour the Bothy and the rear of the Manor. It has its own private parking and patio at the rear. To the front is a courtyard which is shared with the Bothy. Its layout and features are more traditional, with a living room with wood burner on one side and the kitchen on the other side of the front door and a bathroom and utility room at the rear. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with feature fire place and a twin room.

Bedroom 2 - twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers
